Where Campus Experience Inspired a Community Catering Vision
Fork & Flame Catering is new, but it’s built on a strong foundation. CEO & Owner, Mallory Hardy, has worked in the University of Tennessee’s Sorority Village since 2013 — providing reliable, chef-driven meals for Greek Life for more than a decade. That experience inspired her to launch Fork & Flame Catering: a Knoxville-based company committed to tailored menus and community-focused dining
